You (& your family) are invited to a fun afternoon session on a beautiful terrace in Central. As we age, balance becomes more important as muscles weaken and bones become brittle. Tai Chi and Chi Gong are the best exercises to reduce risk of falls.
The program was developed with input from geriatricians, physiotherapists and Tai Chi Masters. Workouts are easy to follow and focus on improving balance through: Mind/body coordination, Strength training & fall and injury prevention
*Our instructor is fully certified by the Hong Kong Northern Shao Lin Lung Chi Cheung Martial Arts Association.
